The Senior Care Staff consists of a multidisciplinary team made of licensed psychiatrist, licensed social worker, nurse manager (BSN), program director, certified activity therapist, registered nurses and psychiatric techs. Through a structured plan of individual counseling, group therapy, coordinated activities and family conferences, patients are guided toward returning home or to proper placement. Patients and their families are taught new ways of coping with life changes in the later years.
