The Outpatient Rehab program emphasizes a results-oriented treatment plan on a case-by-case basis. This approach enables the Outpatient Rehab Department to achieve its primary goal of assisting individuals in attaining their maximal physical condition within a timely and cost efficient manner.

Crossgates River Oaks Hospital's Outpatient Rehab Department is located inside The Wellness Center, allowing patients access to the entire facility and its equipment, including  the swimming pool for aquatic therapy. This form of therapy is especially beneficial to patients who experience arthritic conditions, total joint replacements, orthopedic injuries, as well as to patients with chronic diseases/conditions such as low back pain and fibromyalgia. A continuum of services in conjunction with Fitness Plus Wellness/Fitness programs are available to patients who wish to continue their fitness and/or aquatic exercise program at Fitness Plus.
