Crossgates River Oaks Hospital firmly believes that family involvement is an integral part of a patient's hospital experience. Overnight visitors shall be responsible for providing their own personal necessities. Overnight guests are requested to stay within the parameter of the patient care area and maintain a quiet environment as a courtesy to all patients. Overnight visitation is granted at the discretion of the nursing staff and is based upon the condition of the patient.
- Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from ICCU and isolation rooms unless authorized by the patient’s attending physician.
- Visitors must observe isolation, no smoking, and other hospital safety precautions. Visitors who fail to do so, or who create a disturbance, will be asked to leave the premises.
- Visiting hours officially end at 9:00 p.m.
