Visitors to Crossgates River Oaks Hospital should check in at the main information desk located in the main lobby of the hospital. The main entrance doors are open to the public from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. After hours, guests are requested to enter the hospital through the emergency entrance where they will receive a guest pass from the ER registration specialist. After hours, access to the hospital may be granted once a guest has checked-in with the ER registration specialist and received a guest pass.
